Toronto FC is proud to launch a new way for our fans to manage their tickets through their smartphone. Mobile ticketing provides you:

  • Quick and easy mobile entry into BMO Field
  • The ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets on the go
  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit, or forgotten tickets
  • An easy way to go green by printing less paper


Logging In

From the Home screen, tap Stadium.

Enter your email and password. Then tap Sign In.

Note: If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? Ticketmaster will send you a link to reset your password. The link will be active for 15 minutes.

If your email is associated with a Ticketmaster account, you’ll be asked to link accounts.

This will let you see tickets purchased through Toronto FC and Ticketmaster in one place. Enter your password and tap Link Accounts. If you don’t want to link accounts, tap No Thanks.

How To View Your Tickets

Choose the game you want to view by tapping it. Each game will show the opponent, date, time and the number of tickets you have.

Tap View Barcode to access the QR code.

Adding to Apple Wallet/Google Pay

Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay. This allows you to access your tickets without an Internet connection.

How To Transfer Your Tickets

Find the game you'd like to transfer your tickets for and tap it. Then tap Transfer at the bottom of the screen.

Choose the seats you want to send.

Then tap Transfer To.

You have the option to choose to send tickets to your existing contacts or you can manually type in their information.

If you choose to send to one of your existing contacts, your contacts list will pop up. Select your contact and tap their email, and the field will be automatically filled with their information.

Otherwise, fill in the fields with your recipient’s information and tap Transfer Ticket.

Once it is sent, the process is complete. The status will appear on the ticket. If it hasn’t been accepted yet, you can stop the transfer by tapping Cancel Transfer.

Once the recipient has accepted the tickets, the status will change to Claimed and the barcode will no longer appear.

How To Sell Your Tickets

Find the game you'd like to sell your tickets for and tap it. Then tap Sell at the bottom of the screen.

Choose the seats you want to sell.

Then tap Set Price.

Enter your selling price. Then tap Payout Method.

Choose your method of payment. Then tap Confirm.

Note: If you choose Seller Credit it will be put onto your Account for future use. If you choose Personal Cheque, please fill out your shipping address. Payment to sellers will not be released until the schedule/matches are confirmed to take place.

Finally, tap Sell Tickets.

To edit or cancel the sale, select Edit Posting or Cancel Posting on the ticket. Upon cancellation or sale, you’ll get a confirmation email.

How To Receive Your Tickets

When someone transfers tickets to you, you’ll get an email. Tap Accept Tickets.

Note: You can only accept tickets on your desktop or smartphone/tablet web browser. At this time, you can’t accept transfers through the mobile app.

Sign in to your Toronto FC Account Manager or create an account if you don’t have one.

IMPORTANT: The address the email was sent to must match the address on your account to claim your tickets.

Once logged in, you will see the details of the game. Tap Accept at the bottom of the screen.

Once accepted, you’ll see a confirmation screen with the game details.

Scroll down and tap your seating location.

You can now view the tickets from the mobile app and scan them at the gate for entry.

Note: Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay. This allows you to access your tickets without an Internet connection.

*Note: To access these perks you must be a Toronto FC Member and logged into your ticketing account on the app to view. Please see Login to complete that process.

FAQS

GENERAL

Mobile tickets displayed on a mobile device using the Toronto FC mobile app or Ticketmaster's mobile app, mobile version of the Toronto FC or Ticketmaster website, or within a phone's Apple or Google Pay wallet.

Note: "Print at home" PDF tickets, 8 ½ x 11 paper tickets or screenshots do not constitute as valid tickets and will be denied entry into BMO Field.

You can download the team app for free at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You can always access your mobile tickets through your smartphone's web browser by logging in to your Toronto FC Account Manager or Ticketmaster account.

You can access your tickets as soon as the Club turns on the Account Manager for the season through the desktop or the mobile app. Note: If you are a Season Ticket Member, you can only manage the matches that have been paid.

The Club advises that you download your mobile ticket before heading to the match. This can be done by adding them to your Apple or Google Pay wallet in your smartphone through the Toronto FC mobile app or Ticketmaster's mobile app, mobile version of the Toronto FC or Ticketmaster website.

Best way to manage this process is to transfer tickets through Toronto FC Account Manager or the Toronto FC Mobile App. If a member of your group doesn’t have an account, they can simply create one when accepting the tickets.

No. Screenshots of tickets aren't scannable and aren't a valid method for entry. If you are the recipient of a screenshot, contact the source of the ticket and request for the ticket to be transferred to you.

If your phone battery dies, chargers are available at the BMO Field Ticket Office.

Yes. Once you select a match in your account, you can swipe left and right to view all your tickets for that match.

No. You can no longer use PDFs ("print at home") tickets or a printed-out screenshot to enter BMO Field. Contact the source of the ticket and request the ticket to be transferred to you.

To avoid these situations, please use our Ticketmaster Verified Fan to Fan Resale for buying Secondary Tickets.

The most convenient way to buy or transfer tickets is through your Toronto FC Account Manager or Ticketmaster account. All requests for exceptions for hard copy tickets are at the discretion of MLSE.

TRANSFERRING TICKETS

If the recipient has not accepted the tickets yet, you can cancel the transfer in your account. In the Toronto FC app, go to the ticket you want to recall and select "Cancel."

When you transfer tickets in Account Manager, it doesn't sync with your phone's wallet. We suggest deleting the ticket from your wallet once it's been transferred successfully.

Note: Once a ticket has been transferred, a new barcode is generated, and all previous copies of that ticket are no longer valid for entry.

RECEIVING TICKETS

No. If you don't have a Toronto FC Account Manager and your Ticketmaster.ca account, you'll be prompted to create one. Once you've accepted the tickets, we recommend downloading the official Toronto FC mobile app to access your tickets and improve your in-game experience.

SELLING TICKETS

You can edit or cancel a sale if the tickets haven't been purchased.

In the Toronto FC app, go to the ticket you want to edit/cancel and select "Edit Posting" or "Cancel Posting."

LINKING ACCOUNTS ON MOBILE APP

No. You have separate accounts for anything bought through MLSE (either through a MLSE representative or Account Manager) and anything purchased through Ticketmaster.com. Linking your accounts on the FC mobile app allows you to see tickets associated with your Toronto FC Account Manager and your Ticketmaster.ca account.

You can sell your seats through the Ticketmaster Fan to Fan Resale market. If you have not used this feature before, Ticketmaster requires you to verify your account. A verification code will be sent to your email on file that you will be asked to enter in a popup box when you sign in to Account Manager. If you didn't get the code, simply hit "Resend Email."
