Summer Ticket Offer Terms & Conditions

TORONTO FC 2026 SUMMER TICKET OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Toronto FC 2026 Summer Ticket Offer Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, issuance, redemption, and use of certain Toronto FC promotional ticket vouchers (“Voucher(s)”) issued by Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (“MLSE”). By purchasing, redeeming, and using a Voucher, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1.Offer Description

MLSE may, from time to time, offer for purchase Vouchers for tickets to certain Toronto FC 2026 regular season home games at BMO Field in designated seating categories. Vouchers are not tickets to a game or event and have no cash value. Vouchers will be offered for sale on a first-come, first-served basis, while quantities last. Each Voucher is redeemable solely for the specific number of tickets in the designated seating category for the specific Toronto FC home game identified on the applicable Voucher (the “Event”), and is valid only for that Event, subject to availability and these Terms. All aspects of any Voucher offers, including, without limitation, the quantity of Vouchers available for purchase, ticket quantities, seating inventory, seat locations, promotional pricing, and the duration of the offer, shall be determined by MLSE in its sole discretion and may vary depending on the offer.

2. Purchase and Redemption Process

Purchase Locations and Availability: Vouchers may only be purchased at the Footy Shop (Real Sports Apparel pop-up shop) located near Gate 5 of BMO Field, 170 Princes’ Blvd, Toronto, Ontario M6K 3C3, or at such other physical locations as MLSE may designate from time to time. Vouchers shall only be offered for sale on select days and times as determined by MLSE in its sole discretion. Blackout dates and times may apply.

Purchase Process: Vouchers shall be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, while quantities last. Limited quantities of Vouchers shall be available for purchase. Customers may select a promotional purchase coupon corresponding to a particular Voucher offer (the “Purchase Coupon”) and present it to a cashier for purchase. The Purchase Coupon is used solely to identify the applicable Voucher offer and has no cash value and is not redeemable for tickets. Upon completion of the purchase transaction, the customer will receive the applicable Voucher containing a unique redemption code and QR code. Only the Voucher issued upon completion of the purchase transaction may be redeemed for tickets in accordance with these Terms.

Redemption Process: Customers may redeem their mobile tickets by scanning the unique QR code located on their Voucher and inputting the unique code identified on the Voucher on the redemption portal. Vouchers may only be redeemed online and are not valid for redemption at the BMO Field Ticket Office. A customer must have the Toronto FC app on their mobile device and a valid Toronto FC account and valid Ticketmaster account in order to redeem the tickets. The Voucher is not a ticket to an Event and does not grant admission to any Event until it is properly redeemed for valid mobile tickets. Each Voucher may only be redeemed one (1) time. Each Voucher may only be redeemed for the specific Event and for the specific number of tickets in the designated seating category identified on the Voucher. Each Voucher is void after redemption. Each Voucher must be redeemed prior to the start of the applicable Event and any Voucher that is not redeemed prior to the start of the applicable Event is void. Unused, expired, or void Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, substituted, credit, or compensated under any circumstances.

Availability: All Voucher promotions are subject to limited inventory and are available only while supplies last. Certain Voucher offers may be designated as “flash sale” offers and may only be available during specific limited promotional periods or dates as determined by MLSE in its sole discretion.

Ticket and Seating Inventory: Ticket inventory, seating categories, and seat locations shall be determined by MLSE in its sole discretion and may vary by Event. Specific seat locations are not guaranteed and shall be assigned by MLSE in its sole discretion from available inventory.

Limitations: MLSE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) impose limits on the number of Vouchers that may be purchased or redeemed per person, household, transaction, and/or Event; (ii) modify available inventory allocations; (iii) modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any promotion; and (iv) to refuse redemption and void any Vouchers or tickets where fraud, duplication, misuse, unauthorized resale, prohibited conduct, or other abuse is reasonably suspected by MLSE.

Restrictions on Vouchers: Vouchers have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as required by applicable law. Vouchers may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer. Vouchers may not be reproduced, resold, or transferred for commercial purposes.

3. Currency; Taxes

All prices are stated in Canadian dollars. The purchase of Vouchers is subject to all applicable taxes.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges

MLSE is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged Vouchers or for any unauthorized use of Vouchers. MLSE is not responsible for duplicated, altered, counterfeit, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorized Vouchers, and any such Vouchers shall be void. Any attempt to duplicate, reproduce, manipulate, circumvent, or fraudulently redeem a Voucher, or otherwise interfere with the proper administration of this promotion, is strictly prohibited. MLSE reserves all rights and remedies available at law and in equity against any person who engages in, attempts to engage in, or facilitates any such conduct.

Except as required by applicable law, all Voucher sales are final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refunds or credits shall be provided for any unused, expired, void, lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, duplicated, or fraudulent Vouchers.

5. Venue Policies and Ticket Terms

All tickets redeemed through Vouchers are subject to the applicable ticket terms and conditions and venue policies and procedures, including, without limitation, the Toronto FC ticket terms, the BMO Field Bag Policy, and all BMO Field security, fan conduct, and health and safety policies. For more information, please see the BMO Field Know Before You Go and FAQ. Failure to comply with all applicable ticket terms and conditions and venue policies and procedures may result in denied entry, removal from the venue, and ticket cancellation, without refund, credit, compensation, or substitution.

6. Event Changes

Event dates, times, and other details are subject to change. In the event that an Event is rescheduled, postponed, suspended, or cancelled, all redeemed tickets shall remain subject to the applicable ticket terms and conditions governing such Event.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Vouchers and redeemed tickets may not be resold in violation of applicable law, used for unauthorized commercial or promotional purposes (including, without limitation, in connection with unauthorized contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions). MLSE reserves the right to void Vouchers, redeemed tickets, and any associated transactions where unauthorized resale, fraud, bot usage, or unauthorized commercial or promotional use occurs or is reasonably suspected by MLSE.

8. Fraud Prevention and Security

MLSE reserves the right to monitor redemption activity, investigate suspicious transactions, limit or cancel redemptions, and invalidate redemption codes associated with suspected fraud, duplication, or abuse. MLSE reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or proof of purchase for customer support or redemption assistance.

9. Technical Issues

MLSE shall not be responsible for interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, platform outages, mobile device incompatibility, or other technical issues that may affect access to or redemption of a Voucher.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the purchase or redemption of a Voucher shall be handled in accordance with MLSE’s Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MLSE and its shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, technical failures, unauthorized Voucher use, or lost or stolen Vouchers.

12. Right to Amend these Terms; Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate any Promotion

MLSE reserves the right to amend these Terms or to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any Voucher promotion at any time without notice in its sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute related to or arising out of or in connection with these Terms, any Voucher, or any Voucher promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
