Reds' Panama Preparation

Toronto FC’s squad arrived in Panama on Sunday evening ahead of Tuesday’s match against Arabe Unido in the CONCACAF Champions League (kick off 8:00 p.m. live on
GOLTV Canada
).

The team will train on Monday evening as they prepare for the match which is being played at Estadio Agustin Sanchez in  La Chorrera. The stadium has an artificial surface and a capacity of just over 3000.

Toronto FC midfielder Jacob Peterson is not available for the match due to suspension. He has to serve a one match ban after picking up two yellow cards in the Champions League so far, one at Motagua in the Preliminary Round second leg, and another in the home win over Cruz Azul last week.

Coach Preki said after Saturday’s match that he wasn’t sure if Mista would make the trip, but the Spanish forward has traveled with the squad and is available for selection.

Toronto FC Academy defender Doniel Henry is in the squad after returning from Spain where he played in a tournament with Canada Under 20s.
