Sean Johnson shines in Atlanta, named to MLS Team of the Matchday bench

Toronto FC brought home a point in their second match of the campaign in Atlanta on Saturday.

Making his second appearance for the club, veteran goalkeeper Sean Johnson came up with some key stops to ensure the Reds would walk away with a point.

The U.S. international tallied five saves on the night alongside an accurate pass percentage of 56% earning him a spot on the MLSSoccer.com's Matchday 2: Team of the Matchday bench.

Johnson's leadership on the back-line allowed for 14 successful passes. In the 35th minute a strike from Atlanta's Matheus Rossetto from outside the box was deflected and resulted in a big save from the Reds new number 1.
