Toronto FC dropped a 2-1 result to the New England Revolution on Saturday night at Gillette Stadium.

Deandre Kerr got the Reds on the board in the 11th minute with his third goal of the season, heading home from close range after a superb delivery from Cristian GutiƩrrez.

The Revs equalized before halftime through Bobby Wood, whose long-range effort beat Greg Ranjitsingh at his near post in the 33rd minute.

New England found the winner in 52nd minute with Giacomo Vrioni pouncing on a cross into the area to seal three points for the hosts.

TFC return to action on Canada Day as they host Real Salt Lake on July 1 at BMO Field.
