Toronto FC II midfielder Luca Uccello has been nominated for the 2017 Canada Soccer U-20 Male Player of the Year. 

Uccello, 20, represented Canada at this years U-20 CONCACAF Championship. The midfielder made 15 appearances in the USL this season tallying three goals and an assist. 

The TFC Academy product could join fellow players Ashtone Morgan and Doneil Henry in earning the honour. Uccello was also nominated for the award last year. A full list of nominees is available here.
