Toronto FC will take on Sunderland AFC at BMO Field on Wednesday night. 

The friendly pits Jermain Defoe against his replacement, Jozy Altidore. Both players are expected to start in the friendly match. 

Sebastian Giovinco and Damien Perquis may play on Wednesday night, but expect Greg Vanney to use this match as an opportunity to rotate his squad.

This means we could see Clement Simonin and Bright Dike get minutes for the first time since late March (Real Salt Lake) and early April (Chicago) respectively.
