Step Inside The FanCam

FanCam

Thousands of Reds fans will have a chance to prove they were present on Wednesday, March 7 when the first ever Toronto FC FanCam comes to the Rogers Centre for the CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinal match against LA Galaxy.

What is the FanCam?

This high definition image will capture the Rogers Centre in its entirety, and fans will be able to “step inside” the 360 degree gigapixel image and look around during this frozen moment of time. The resolution of 20 billion pixels is so high that fans will be able to zoom in to find themselves or their friends, “tag” themselves in the photo, and share via email, Facebook and Twitter. Fans can even cruise around Rogers Center to see who else was present at the game.

Those visiting the FanCam, whether they attended the game or not, will have the chance to win a Toronto FC VIP Experience which includes four tickets to a TFC home match, a private guided tour of BMO Field, four Toronto FC prize packs, four pieces of player-autographed memorabilia and $100 in BMOBucks.

Follow updates on www.torontofc.ca/fancam and the Toronto FC Facebok page to be notified on those sites as soon as the FanCam is available for tagging on Thursday, March 8.

Toronto FC will be the first MLS team to utilize this cutting edge technology.
