The Esquire Community Player of the Month award for the month of July is defender, number 20, Ty Harden. Even with a very hectic month, Ty made time to support community initiatives. Ty visited Sport Chek Oakville after a Community Practice for a meet and greet with local fans and has offered continuous support with the planning of TFC's newest community intiative TFC//TWELVE. This past Wednesday, on a scheduled day off from training Ty navigated his way out of the downtown core and drove to the Rexdale Rebels home field to be part of our TFC//TWELVE day THREE activation, The Best Game Ever. This was a very special event where we gave two U11 boys teams the chance to be pros for a game and brought the BMO field experience to their community. Having Ty at this event was an unbelievable surprise for the kids, one they will remember for a long time to come. Thank you Ty for your support of the TFC Community!
