Frei reflected on the 3-1 preseason loss to Dinamo Zagreb, summarized the Reds' stay in Turkey and looked ahead to the tournaments in Orlando and Charleston. Here is an excerpt: 

"Another TFC pre-season game is in the books. Today, we played Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb. It was a rather strange match that we ended up losing 3-1. Besides very poor lighting that made it hard to track the ball, the referee displayed quite a performance, dishing out three red cards in the process. We soon found ourselves in a bit of a hole after getting scored on twice in a short period of time. Silly mistakes allowed our opponent some unnecessary chances and a quality side like Dinamo Zagreb will certainly capitalize on these opportunities."
