On Wednesday July 27, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Play Soccer will be at Yonge-Dundas Square.

Play Soccer is a service provided by the Ontario Soccer Association to assist in the growth of soccer in the province of Ontario. The initiative is supported by a number of sponsors. There will be interactive soccer specific zones within the Play Soccer area bringing an enjoyable experience for participants of all ages.

The zones at each event include:

• Rogers Play with the Pros   
• Metro Throw In Accuracy Challenge
• BMO Battle Zone                 
• SportChek Power Zone
• Toronto FC 3 on 3 Field       
• Ontario Power Authority Dribble Zone

As part of the BMO ‘Team of the Week’ initiative, Paul Mariner, Oscar Cordon, Keith Makabuya and Jeff Hutcheson (CTV Anchor) will also be present at the event from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to interact with soccer fans.

Along with daily prizing to be given away at the event, participants can enter a draw for a chance to win a V.I.P Toronto FC experience (valued at $1,000).
