Sam Cronin has been named the Esquire Community Player of the Month for April. Each month throughout the season, a Reds player will be rewarded for their work in the community and the midfielder was presented with a special Toronto FC Esquire watch by Suzy Hassan from Graziella Jewellers ahead of kick off against Chicago Fire at BMO Field on Saturday.

Cronin’s continuous commitment to youth initiatives in and around Toronto combined with his off season trip to Africa volunteering with a local orphanage are just some of the reasons why he was given the award.
