Bradley Named To MLS All-Star Team

Toronto FC midfielder Michael Bradley was voted into MLS Fan XI for the 2014 AT&T MLS All-Star Game on Wednesday. The MLS All-Stars will meet reigning German Bundesliga Champions FC Bayern München on August 6 at Providence Park in Portland, Oregon.


Bradley is currently in his first season with Toronto FC after the club reached a transfer agreement with Italian Serie A club AS Roma and signed the American international midfielder as a Designated Player on January 13, 2014. Bradley has made a combined nine appearances for Toronto FC in all competitions registering two goals. In MLS league play for Toronto FC, Bradley has covered 80.931 km in 613 minutes of action. Per 90 minutes, he averages 11.883 km. He was a nominee for MLS Player of the Month honors for the month of March.


Michael Bradley was named to United States Head Coach Jürgen Klinsmann’s 23-man roster for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on May 22, 2014. During the 2014 FIFA World Cup Bradley started in all four matches for the United States registering one assist and covered 54.7 km in 390 minutes of action. To date, Bradley has earned 89 caps for the United States National team and has scored 12 goals for his country. 


Michael Bradley joins Ronnie O’Brien, Jimmy Brennan and Dwayne De Rosario on Toronto FC’s All-time All-Stars player list.
