Toronto FC II announced today that the club has signed midfielder Enric Bernat Lunar to a USL contract. He will be added to the roster pending league and federation approval.

“We are excited to add Enric to our second team as he adds international professional experience from Spain,” said Toronto FC II head coach Mike Munoz. “He is a technical central midfielder that has a very powerful engine combined with soccer intelligence.”

Lunar, 23, most recently played for Lleida Esportiu, where he made three appearances in the Segunda División B during the team’s 2019/20 season. Before joining the Spanish club, he made 42 appearances for FC Ascó, scoring one goal across two seasons for the Spanish side in the Tercera División.
