Toronto FC II signs Eric Klenofsky and Franco Ramos Mingo

Ramos Klenofsky Split

Toronto FC II announced that the club has signed goalkeeper Eric Klenofsky and defender Franco Ramos Mingo (Franco Ramos). Both players will join the club’s roster pending league and federation approval.


Klenofsky, 24, most recently played for Hapoel Marmorek F.C. of Liga Leumit (the second level of Israeli football) where he appeared in 16 matches across all competitions, logging 1440 minutes. He was originally drafted by D.C. United in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft. Klenofsky made one appearance for the Richmond Kickers of the USL during the 2017 season.


Klenofsky played collegiate soccer at Monmouth University where he was named the 2016 MAAC Co-Goalkeeper of the Year and a member of the 2016 All-MAAC Second Team. In 2015, he was the MAAC Goalkeeper of the Year and named to the 2015 All-MAAC First Team.


Ramos, 21, most recently played for the Club Atlético Boca Juniors (Boca Juniors) academy and reserve teams where he severed as team captain. He was on trial with Toronto FC from September until November 2018.
