Six Reds nominated for 2018 Concacaf Awards

As 2018 comes to a close, Concacaf has unveiled its nominees and opened voting for the sixth annual Concacaf Awards, with Toronto FC well represented in a number of categories.


The Reds garnered an MLS-high eight nominations following a historic run to the finals of the 2018 Concacaf Champions League. Along the way, Sebastian Giovinco picked up the Golden Ball as the tournament's top player while Jonathan Osorio took home the Golden Boot as the tournament's top scorer.


Head Coach Greg Vanney is once again up for Coach of the Year. Vanney is looking to go back to back after winning the award in 2017.
