Toronto FC III closed out their 2017 League 1 Ontario season with a victory over the Sanjaxx Lions on Sunday afternoon.

Zak Abdi opened the scoring in the second half as he finished off a cross with an easy tap-in.

Luca Petrasso scored the second for the Reds with a quality finish to the bottom corner.

Gianluca Catalano was solid in goal for the Reds earning a clean sheet.

TFC III finishes the 2017 season with a 14-5-3 record in League 1 Ontario. The Reds ended the season in third place in the West Division. The team finished second in the division with 73 goals scored and a positive 43 goal differential.
