Toronto FC announced Tuesday that goalkeeper Clint Irwin has been diagnosed with a quadriceps strain and is expected to be out of the line-up for six weeks.

The injury occurred in the 70th minute of Saturday’s match against Orlando City SC. This season, Irwin has made 17 combined appearances between MLS league play and the Amway Canadian Championship. He owns a record of 7-5-5 with eight clean sheets for Toronto FC.
