Toronto FC announced today that midfielder Niklas Dorsch underwent successful surgery to repair a facial fracture on Thursday, August 20. Dorsch sustained the injury following a contact on the cheekbone in the 91st minute of Toronto FC’s game against Charlotte FC on Wednesday, August 19 at BMO Field.
The club sends their support to Niklas and wishes him a speedy recovery.
