Toronto FC announced today that midfielder Ryan Telfer has been loaned to York9 FC of the Canadian Premier League for the duration of the 2019 season.

Telfer, 25, made 19 combined appearances (MLS and Canadian Championship) with one goal and two assists for Toronto FC last season after signing on April 13, 2018. Telfer spent the 2017 season with Toronto FC II where he made 38 appearances with one goal and one assist.
