Toronto FC II return to Canada to play first match at home on July 30

With the updated cross-border public health guidelines enacted on July 5 by the Canadian government, Toronto FC II will return to Canada for the first time in 2021 to play at BMO Training Ground on July 30 when they host Greenville Triumph SC.

USL clubs and match officials traveling to Canada will be required to adhere to the standard of public health protocols held for all individuals entering the country. Fully vaccinated players and staff are not required to self-isolate upon entering Canada at this time. Protocols include, but are not limited to, molecular COVID-19 testing prior to travel and upon arrival in Canada.

The Young Reds return to Canada, after starting the season in Arizona and Florida. The match on Saturday will mark Toronto FC II’s first match in Canada since September 27, 2019, when they played against Tormenta FC. TFC II (5-6-4) sit sixth in the league with 19 points, in a playoff spot.
