Toronto FC announced today that the club has loaned forward Jacob Shaffelburg to Toronto FC II of the USL League One for the remainder of the 2021 season. The Young Reds will face Greenville Triumph SC tonight at Legacy Early College Field, with kick-off set at 7:00 p.m.
Toronto FC retains the right to recall the player at any time during the MLS regular season.
TFC II (6-6-7) sit sixth in the league with 25 points, in a playoff spot.
