Toronto FC II’s complete 2024 MLS NEXT Pro regular season schedule was released today by MLS NEXT Pro ahead of the upcoming season.
Toronto FC II will open their tenth season in club history on the road when the Young Reds face Philadelphia Union II at Subaru Park on Sunday, March 17. Following three road games to open the season, the Young Reds will host FC Cincinnati 2 on Sunday, April 14 in the club’s 2024 Home Opener at York Lions Stadium. TFC II will complete regular season play when they visit Crown Legacy FC as part of MLS NEXT Pro Decision Day on Sunday, October 6.
During the 2024 season, Toronto FC II will compete in 28 regular season games (14 home and 14 away) across a 29-week span. TFC II will play 19 matches on Sundays, five on Fridays, two on Wednesdays and one each on Thursday and Saturday. At home, the Young Reds will play nine matches on Sundays, two matches each on Wednesdays and Fridays and one match on Thursday.
All TFC II home matches will be played at York Lions Stadium, located on the campus of York University in Toronto, for the third straight season. Matches will be open to the public and ticket information will be shared at a later date on the club’s social channels.
With the addition of two new clubs this season, the Western Conference will consist of 14 clubs, while the Eastern Conference will have 15. TFC II will continue competing in the Northeast Division of the Eastern Conference, alongside Chicago Fire FC II, FC Cincinnati 2, Columbus Crew 2, New England Revolution II, New York City FC II, New York Red Bulls II and Philadelphia Union II.
TFC II’s regular season matches will be split between and available to watch live on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app and on mlsnextpro.com. In addition, all Decision Day matches, playoff matches and MLS NEXT Pro Cup, will be available to watch live on MLS Season Pass.
