Toronto FC midfielder Michael Bradley and forward Jozy Altidore have been named to the U.S. Men’s National Team (USMNT) for two upcoming 2019-20 Concacaf Nations League matches. Additionally, midfielder Jonathan Osorio and defender Richie Laryea were named to the Canadian Men’s National Team roster yesterday. Canada will only have one match during this window in Group A of the Concacaf Nations League. The USMNT will host Cuba on Friday, October 11 at Audi Field in Washington, D.C., with kick-off set for 7:00 p.m. ET. On Tuesday, October 15, Canada will host the U.S. at BMO Field in Toronto with kick-off set for 7:30 p.m. ET.
Bradley has earned 150 caps and has registered 17 goals and 23 assists for the USMNT. This season for Toronto FC, Bradley has made 30 appearances (MLS, Concacaf Champions League and Canadian Championship) with three goals and three assists.
Altidore has earned 115 caps with 42 goals and 14 assists for the USMNT. This season for Toronto FC, Altidore has made 23 appearances (MLS and Canadian Championship) with 11 goals and seven assists. Both players most recent cap came on July 8 in the Concacaf Gold Cup Finals against Mexico.
Osorio has earned 29 caps and has registered four goals and five assists for the Canadian Men’s National Team (CANMNT). This season for Toronto FC, Osorio has made 29 appearances (MLS, Concacaf Champions League and Canadian Championship) with five goals and five assists.
Laryea received his first call-up to the CANMNT last month and started in two matches both against Cuba. This season, Laryea has made 24 appearances (MLS and Canadian Championship) with one goal and three assists for Toronto FC.
