Toronto FC ended the 2018 season on a high note thanks to a 4-1 thrashing of Atlanta United FC at BMO Field.

Lucas Janson got the scoring started in the 9th minute with a deflected strike that beat Brad Guzan and the Reds never looked back from there. The Argentine would complete his brace in the 83rd minute after a nice bit of work from Sebastian Giovinco down the left wing.

Giovinco would eventually bag a well-deserved goal of his own in the waning moments of the match, smashing home a wonderfully taken volley to seal with win. The Italian finished 2018 with 18 goals and 21 assists through 37 games.
