Toronto FC 2, New England Revolution 0

Toronto FC had a tight turnaround between games, having played just 48 hours before in the Canadian Championship, but the hosts found a way to overcome any fatigue, scoring early and late to put away visiting New England Revolution, 2-0, Saturday at BMO Field.

Drew Moor drove to the back post to tap-in the first goal for TFC in the 11th minute and Sebastian Giovinco sealed matters with his goal deep into stoppage time to keep Toronto unbeaten at home (7-0-2) and tops in the Supporter's Shield standings.
