Toronto FC players will train at the Kia Training Ground at Downsview Park on Monday under the guidance of new head coach Paul Mariner. The Englishman took over coaching duties late last week and will hold his first full session Monday at the new TFC facility with media on hand.

The Reds will continue to be without international players Julian de Guzman, Ashtone Morgan and Ryan Johnson, all of whom are on international duty with their respective countries until later this week. The Canadians – de Guzman and Morgan – will host Honduras at BMO Field on Tuesday, while Johnson is likely to see action for Jamaica away to Antigua and Barbuda on the same night.

On Saturday, some TFC players saw action in MLS Reserve League in a thrilling 4-3 defeat to a strong D.C. United side. Peri Marosevic, Keith Makubuya and Nick Soolsma scored goals for the Reds, their team comprised of a mixture of reserves, guest players (Marosevic and Roberto Galle) and Academy boys.

First team MLS action resumes Saturday, June 16 at 8:30 p.m. ET in Kansas City with the match broadcast live on GOL TV Canada.

Toronto FC TV will be on hand for player & coach interviews after training on Monday. Updates will be provided on Twitter & Facebook.
