Tsubasa was selected by the Reds in the first round (9th Overall) during the 2016 MLS SuperDraft. Prior to being drafted, Endoh spent four seasons at the University of Maryland. He appeared in 85 matches, registering 12 goals and 16 assists for the Terrapins. During his collegiate career he earned Big Ten Championship Most Valuable Offensive Player, Second Team All-Big Ten Selection and was named Big Ten Conference Player to watch. Endoh was named the MVP of the 2016 adidas MLS Player Combine. Endoh has represented the Japanese Men’s National team at the U-12, U-13, U-14, U-15 and U-17 levels.

Endoh played with TFC II during the 2018 USL regular season. In Week 27, he became the first TFC II player ever to be voted USL Player of the Week. n two seasons with TFC, Endoh made 30 appearances with three goals and one assist. With TFC II Endoh has made 28 appearances, registering 11 goals and three assists during his career in USL.
