After nine years, Toronto FC finally fielded a home game during the postseason.

After one game, they're winners.

And it was Homegrown product Jonathan Osorio who played hero, scoring the game-winner minutes into the second half of Toronto's 3-1 victory over the Philadelphia Union in Wednesday's Audi 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs Knockout Round matchup at BMO Field.

Toronto opened the scoring just 15 minutes in, when Ken Tribbett's misplayed clearance forced Andre Blake into a scramble. Jozy Altidore reached the ball first, and his overhead flick landed directly on the leg of star striker SebastianGiovinco, whose one-timed touch tucked under the bar, rousing an already amped crowd.

Despite a poor run of form heading into the postseason, the Union came out aggressively, with ChrisPontius notably sneaking a third-minute attempt on goal that was blocked by EriqZavaleta. They were able to pull one back on a set piece in the 73rd, when AlejandroBedoyaput home a ball bouncing between Union players in the box, but Altidore iced the game off another Tribbett misplay in the 85th.
