Day 3 of preseason has come and gone, the team spent the last three days working primarily on fitness and team shape. Tomorrow will bring a much needed day of rest for the squad as they prepare for another batch of two-a-days, followed by their first preseason match, which is against DC United on February 5th.

As the practice wrapped up, Lee Godfrey and Gol TV Canada had a chance to talk with Ryan Nelsen about his preseason training methods compared to other squads.
