Toronto FC is quite possibly in its final must-win match of the season in Seattle, that is unless they acquire maximum points. Toronto beat Seattle 2-0 when the teams met at BMO Field on April 25. Dwayne De Rosario and O'Brian White scored second half goals to lead the Reds past the Sounders on that day. When the two clubs met at Seattle's Qwest Field last season, they played to a scoreless draw.

When Seattle lost to Toronto in the early stage of the season, the club was experiencing some uncertainties behind the scenes. Since then the departure of Freddie Ljungberg, combined with the additions of World Cup stars Blaise Nkufo of Switzerland and Uruguayan Alvaro Fernandez has settled Seattle on the right path. A capable Fredy Montero leads the attack with 10 goals.
The match will be broadcast live on CBC at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, October 28. Nigel Reed and Jason deVos are expected to make the call.
