Bouchiba Waived By Toronto
Midfielder missed 2011 season due to preseason knee surgery.

Toronto FC announced Tuesday that the club has waived midfielder Elbekay Bouchiba.
Bouchiba, 33, did not play a game for Toronto FC during the entire 2011 season following knee surgery to repair a torn ACL, which he suffered during the preseason.
