Aron Winter - Head Coach & Technical Director
Aron Winter (pron. A-ron Vinter) was born in Paramaribo, Suriname on March 1, 1967. He arrived in Toronto after a long and successful career in Europe. Winter started and ended his playing career in Amsterdam with Ajax, returning to the storied Dutch club later in his career before announcing his retirement from playing in 2003. Winter made his first appearance for Ajax in 1986 at the age of 19 and during his time there he won the Dutch Eredivise title (1990), two KNVB Cups (1987 & 1988), one UEFA Cup (1992), and one UEFA Cup Winners Cup (1987). Paul Mariner - Director of Player Development

Paul Mariner was born on May 22, 1953 in Farnsworth, England and brings international experience to Toronto FC along with knowledge of Major League Soccer. He returned to North America where he previously worked as Assistant Coach at Harvard University, and then Assistant Coach with New England Revolution in MLS. Mariner was hired by the Revs in 2004 to work alongside Head Coach Steve Nicol, and he gained experience in scouting, recruiting, and signing MLS players. Bob de Klerk - First Assistant Coach
Bob de Klerk joined former Ajax colleague Aron Winter in Toronto in the position of first assistant coach and assistant technical director. De Klerk was previously working with Ajax A1 youth squad alongside Frank de Boer. When de Boer was promoted to become Manager of Ajax in late 2010, de Klerk stepped up to take control of the A1 squad before deciding to head to North America to work in Major League Soccer. Earl Cochrane - Director of Team and Player Operations

Earl Cochrane is an original member of Toronto FC’s front office, joining the team in July 2006 as the club's manager of team operations. Cochrane has served as TFC academy director, overseeing Toronto's player development program, in addition to his role within team operations. Prior to joining TFC, Cochrane worked for the Canadian Soccer Association as the national teams manager from January 2001 before taking over the role of director of communications in late 2005; a role he had held at DC United for two years before returning to Canada. Cochrane, from Scarborough, Ontario, was a four-time OUA All-Star, two time all-Canadian defender at Carleton University and holds a Masters degree from the University of Toronto.
