// Youth Ticket Entry
Youth tickets are strictly enforced and are valid only for children 12 years and younger. If you would like to exchange your youth ticket for an adult ticket you may do this at the Box Office prior to the game, but please keep in mind that there are long line-ups at the Box Office on game days.

// Lost Ticket Information
If you have lost your ticket to the game, you can log on to your account through account manager and reprint your ticket. Please note that if tickets are re-printed bar codes on the original ticket are no longer valid.

// Lost & Found
All lost and found items will be turned into the Fan Services Booth (located just inside Gate 1) during events or at their conclusion. All lost and found inquiries during the event should be forwarded to Fan Services. After events, guests wishing to inquire about the recovery of lost items should call Fan Services at 416-815-5982. Guests claiming lost items should be prepared to positively identify the item, present a valid photo identification card, and sign a receipt. After 30 days, all unclaimed lost and found items will be released to charitable organizations.
